We are led by Michelle Okwudiafor, a passionate communications expert, personal brand coach, diversity advocate and facilitator with 14 years of work experience in Legal, International trade development, Charity and regulatory sectors in the UK and Nigeria.
Since starting Career Invest in 2020, Michelle has directly taught, advised and mentored over 250 graduates, early stage professionals and start-ups through a range of high impact workshops, programs and coaching. Her personal coaching clients include mid to senior level executives in organisations such as HSBC, Wells Fargo, Lagos State Government and some non-profit organisations.
An advocate for female representation and inclusion, she is an #IamRemarkable facilitator, a Google initiative empowering women to be confident in the workplace and regularly mentors young people. She has worked with institutions such as the Social Mobility Foundation, University of Brighton, University of Liverpool, Anglia Ruskin University, Nottingham Trent University and Uhubs UK.
